Half Birthday Formula
Half Birthday = Birth Date + 6 months
If resulting day exceeds month length, adjust to last valid day of that month.
The half-birthday is calculated by adding exactly six calendar months to the birth date. For months with fewer days (e.g., adding 6 months to August 31 results in February), the date is adjusted to the last valid day of the target month. Leap years are fully accounted for.
